Returns & Refunds
At Airborne Footwear, we want the return process to be clear. This policy applies to orders placed on airbornefootwear.shop. It does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Changed your mind (UK and eligible European online orders)
For UK and eligible European online orders, you can cancel an order for any reason within 14 days after delivery. Email us within that period with your order number and a clear request to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Returns are sent to the United Kingdom. We will provide the exact UK return address and instructions when you contact us.
You may inspect or try on footwear as you would in a shop. Please return it securely with any accessories and packaging you still have. We may make a lawful deduction if handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods reduces their value. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind order unless we agree otherwise. Please keep proof of postage.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and photos or videos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a free return, replacement or refund. The 30-day contact period does not reduce any rights you have under consumer law.
Refunds
For a valid cancellation, we will refund the item price and any standard outbound delivery charge paid. We may wait until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of sending them back. The refund will be made within 14 days of that point, using the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
For faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, we will cover reasonable return costs and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Customers outside the UK may have additional mandatory rights under their local law; nothing in this policy limits those rights.
